An Endeavour to be Worthy is out on Audiobook!

Can you believe it’s March already? The beginning of this year has flown by! I am busy at work writing the last of A Gentleman of Worth, the second book of the Montford Cousins series, but today, I have the newly released audiobook of An Endeavour to be Worthy narrated by the fantastic Deborah Balm.

I adored this book when it came out. Audiobooks have become a favorite of mine (especially to help me get through tedious household chores). Deborah Balm is a new narrator for me. Her Lizzy has just the right tone and wit! Congrats on the new audiobook!

    1. My first audiobook that I made (Particular Intentions) helped me whiz through some household chores! I was so spoiled by Leena’s accuracy. Since then, I’ve learned I need to pay closer attention to the original 🙂 because I’m proofing not listening for the first time. Thanks, Dara!

Leslie, I love your work and your characters! Deborah’s narration is spicy and tantalizing, leaving the listener to crave more—what more could be desired of a brief snippet of a story? Cannot wait to hear it all.

    1. Thanks, Suzy!

This was such a great book and I enjoyed hearing a bit of it in the sample. I am looking forward to the next books in the series.

    1. I’m working on #2! I just hit a snag near the end (Covid will do that to you it seems!) I’m better but sometimes it takes a bit of a nudge to get going again. Haven’t quite found it yet. It’s so close though! Thanks, Lee Ann!

An excellent narration of an excellent book. I am very picky when it comes to narrators but the aptly named Deborah Balm hits the nail perfectly on the head. Good luck with the release.

  1. Thank you!
