Pride and Prejudice Audiobook Release Day Celebration & Giveaway!

It’s here! 🎉🎉🎉

I’m so excited to share that the new Box Hill Classics audiobook of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, narrated by the phenomenal Stevie Zimmerman, is officially live on Audible! 🦚

Last week, I shared the secret project Stevie and I had been working on behind the scenes. For those who missed that post, I had long thought it would be wonderful to hear Stevie—whose voice will already be very familiar to so many JAFF listeners—bring Jane Austen’s original Pride and Prejudice to life.

And now you can!

This is the complete, unabridged novel, with Stevie giving voice to Elizabeth and Darcy, the Bennets, Bingleys, Lady Catherine, Mr. Collins, and all the other characters we know and love. Having heard Stevie narrate so many variations on Austen’s story over the years, there is something especially wonderful about hearing her perform the original.

However, as you can probably imagine, Pride and Prejudice is not exactly lacking in audiobook editions! There are hundreds of versions already available on Audible, including recordings by some very well-known performers. Which means it can be difficult for a new edition to find its audience, no matter how wonderful the narration may be.

So I’d love to ask the JAFF community to help show this very special audiobook (and Stevie!) a little love. 💕

Listening, rating, and especially leaving an honest review on Audible can make a real difference in helping other Austen enthusiasts discover this edition. I know how many of us in the JAFF community have spent years enjoying Stevie’s performances of Austen-inspired stories, and I would love to see our little corner of the Austen world show up to support her as she takes on the original.
