Have just clicked on the link this morning (1/12) and it’s taken me to Amazon.co.uk and the book is still showing at full price 😕
I pressed the link and it is free it’s just harder to find but look below the Kindle Unlimited/Kindle and above the buy now button and it should be yellow at least that’s how my browser shows it but maybe your browser is different.

I followed the link in your post and Amazon is asking me for £4.49 for your story. Definitely not free! I would post a screenshot but it doesn’t seem to be possible.
Of course it may be that it’s only intended to be free for US readers, but if that’s the case I would like to request that that is made clear in order to avoid disappointment.

For information, I live in the UK, and the book is now available free on Amazon UK.
Sometimes for these promotions it can be a matter of timing, so I always try to access them after 9am UK time, which seems to do the trick.
