Summer

Since the moment she read her first novel, Summer’s passion has always been writing. As a child growing up on a dairy farm, she built castles made of hay and wielded swords made of fence posts. She is also passionate about animals, travel, and organizing her closet. Nothing pleases her more than a row of tops broken down by sleeve length and ordered by color…except working on her latest novel with her cat in her lap, her dog lounging on the rug dreaming of squirrels, and a cup of tea at hand.

    You have made my day! I didn´t know there was a second novella of Anne de Bourgh and I´m so happy because I read the first one and Mr Darcy´s bookshop and I loved them and thought I wished more Anne´s adventures either young Anne or adult Anne (I like both versions!). So, thank you so much for the beautiful surprise!!

    And thanks for lettings us know tomorrow there won´t be Advent Day but a lot of posts related to the 250th anniversary 🙂

      I’m so glad you liked Anne’s first story. I hope you love the second. I know, somehow I didn’t do a good job telling the world about the second one. These things happen (who knows, I may have put it out on a day when everyone was busy!)

      You’ll still get plenty of posts and prizes tomorrow, I’m sure. It’s Jane Austen’s 250th Birthday, after all 🙂

      I’m glad you have both already. Thank you so much for getting them. You may want to give Stevie’s narration a try. She does an amazing job. You can listen for free on YouTube, after all. IF you do (and I know that’s an ‘if,’ I recommend trying the second one first. Only because fewer people have listened, so when last I checked, YouTube hasn’t added any commercials to that one yet. The more people listen, the more commercials they add.
