Double-the-Fun Cover Reveal

What could be more fun and exciting to book lovers (and authors) than a brand new cover revealed? Two brand new covers revealed, of course! That’s what I have for you today: the full covers of the two new books I’m releasing together at the end of the month. Yippee!

Leap of Faith and Leap of Hope are the first two novels of my new series called the Crossroads Collection – something I’ve been thinking about and working on for a long time. These are stories about turning points, possibilities, and out-of-this-world second chances. Each book will be complete in itself but connected to the others by theme and the Crossroads Center characters. I hope you’re able to read the book blurbs on the back covers. If not, pop on over to my blog using the Crossroads Collection link above to learn more.

You’ll probably notice that only one of these two (Leap of Hope) is actually a Jane Austen Fan Fiction piece, but I want to challenge you hard-core JAFF readers to expand your horizons a little and give Leap of Faith a chance too. (I’m hoping the hunky guy on the cover will convince you!)

So, without further ado, here they are! Be sure to let me know what you think.

  2. Best of luck in your new enterprise in sports-related romance, a very popular subgenre, and your newest JAFF endeavour, Shannon.

    1. Thanks, Suzan. Whatever else it is, a book written by me will always have romance!

The covers are lovely, Shannon, different to each other but the background design and font linking them works really well. Hopefully, the name of Shannon Winslow on the cover should be enough convince all the JAFF lovers here to try Leap of Faith as well as Leap of Hope. The guy on the front might act as an additional incentive!

    1. I’m glad you can see that they are connected by the common elements. I really enjoy being involved in the cover design process!

    1. *blushing* Kind of you to say so, Carole (the last especially), although I happen to agree with you about the covers being gorgeous. 😉

I have been pulling up many older and unread e-mails today. (When I have my nose in a book I tend to ignore e-mails and they pile up.) I did read the earlier posts about these books. They seem interesting, especially in the one with a second chance but with no promises! I am always up for JAFF but that may draw in outside that sub-genre. Thanks for the post and sharing.

    1. Excellent!

Beautiful covers. Can’t wait to read them. Do you know when they’ll be released? (Sorry. Can’t wait)

    1. Glad I checked back and found your comment, Debbie. Sorry for the delay with your answer. Barring any last-minute unforeseen complications, they will both be available in Kindle and paperback on the 28th, so not long to wait now!
