I used to really enjoy paper dolls. As a girl I used to have a comic called Bunty and each week the back page had a model of Bunty with several outfits to cut out. I stuck the doll onto card and then had fun dressing her. I used to keep them all in a big box.
It was nice trying it again so thank you.

    1. I had paper dolls, too, but I can’t remember much about them except that it was fun to dress them up!

Oh my goodness! I loved Betsy McCall paper dolls as a child. I would look forward to McCall’s magazine each month just to have the latest outfits. I really like the Regency Lady paper doll and outfits shown here. I would spend hours just playing with my collection of paper dolls and used the card folder they came in to set up as a house. Thank you for bringing back these fond memories!

    1. I love the Regency Lady of Quality, too. It’s like the Regency come to life!
